First, make sure you've joined a home region. Once you've done that, go to your region's landing page by clicking "Community" in the main navigation bar, then "Home Region." On the regional landing page, click the Events tab. Select “Submit an Event” to enter your event information. Please double check your event information as events cannot currently be edited and will have to be deleted and re-submitted if there is an error.
MLs are responsible for approving events in their region. But,if your region is currently without an ML, you can still organize and promote events! NaNoWriMo HQ will approve them on a rolling basis, so please submit them with plenty of lead time.
Both virtual and in-person events are allowed this year. If you’d like to host an in-person event, we recommend reviewing the harm-reduction guidelines. Events should not be in a private home and can’t have a mandatory fee to access.
